The RE Himalayan 450's LED headlight is a precision component. On trail riding, gravel roads, and the stone-covered mountain passes of Ladakh and Spiti, a single stone strike can crack the lens or damage the housing. Replacing an LED headlight assembly is expensive. Fitting a headlight grill is not. The ADV TRIBE headlight grill for the RE Himalayan 450 is laser-cut from 304 stainless steel, shaped to the headlight profile, and bolts on without any drilling.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will the headlight grill reduce the LED light output significantly?
No. The grill uses an open mesh or bar design that covers the headlight without fully blocking it. Light output reduction is minimal in normal use.
Does this fit the older Himalayan 411?
No. The Himalayan 450 has a different headlight unit from the 411. This grill is shaped to the Himalayan 450 headlight profile only.
Is stainless steel the right material for a headlight grill?
Yes. 304 stainless steel is corrosion-resistant, strong enough to deflect stone strike, and light enough for this application. It does not require painting or coating to maintain appearance over time, unlike mild steel.
Do I need to drill to fit this grill?
No drilling required. The grill uses the existing headlight mount points for fitment. All hardware included.
