The RE Himalayan 450 is a liquid-cooled machine. That radiator is essential to keeping it running, and on the stone-covered mountain roads of Ladakh, Spiti, or the rocky trail sections of the Sahyadri, it is exposed to real impact risk. A single stone strike at speed can puncture a fin or damage the core. The ADV TRIBE radiator guard for the RE Himalayan 450 is laser cut from 2 mm 6061-T6 aluminium sheet with a honeycomb hexagonal hole pattern, and bolts directly in front of the radiator to help shield it from stones and trail debris with minimal weight penalty.
Bolt-on fitment. No drilling. Designed and tested on the 2024-onwards Himalayan 450 frame.
The Himalayan 450 radiator sits exposed to stones, road debris, and trail impacts. A radiator guard helps protect the cooling system without changing the bike's core setup. On mountain roads, forest tracks, and gravel sections where loose stone is unavoidable, it is a practical first layer of protection for an expensive and essential component.

Radiator damage is one of the most expensive trail and mountain road repairs on a liquid-cooled adventure motorcycle. The cost of a replacement radiator for the Himalayan 450 significantly exceeds the cost of a guard. On roads like the Manali-Leh highway, the Spiti circuit, or any forest trail with loose stone, the risk of stone impact is real at every speed level. The guard is not optional for serious touring.
What is the guard made from?
It is laser cut from 2 mm 6061-T6 aluminium sheet with an open honeycomb hexagonal hole pattern, finished in black powder coating.
Does this fit the older Himalayan 411?
No. Earlier Royal Enfield Himalayan models use a different radiator-guard design and fitment. This guard is designed specifically for the Himalayan 450.
Do I need to drill to fit this guard?
