Booking Summary
What we have confirmed.
- Travelling with others? Each participant must pay and register individually. One UPI payment and one form submission per person or per family unit (as applicable to the variant booked).
- Every participant must be named in the Google Form. Anyone not listed in a submitted form will not be permitted to join the experience, regardless of payment status.
- No refund will be issued if a participant arrives without a completed registration form. No exceptions. The form deadline is the same as the payment deadline for your departure batch.

ADV TRIBE cross-checks your payment reference against UPI transaction records within 24 hours.
A booking confirmation email goes out from info@advtribe.in with your spot details.
A WhatsApp group invite is sent manually after payment is verified. Pre-departure details go out there.
The remaining 80% is settled directly with Kamakshi Pal before departure. Instructions shared post-confirmation.
Balance Payment (80%)
The 20% booking amount you just paid goes to ADV TRIBE as curation fee. The remaining 80% of the total trip cost is paid directly to the operator, Kamakshi Pal (Travel with Kamakshi), before your departure from Aut. Payment instructions will be shared after your booking is confirmed. Contact info@advtribe.in for any questions before then.

Cancellation Policy
Medical emergencies and immediate family bereavement handled with a mutually acceptable solution. Write to info@advtribe.in for all cancellation requests. Failure to submit a registration form does not qualify as a cancellation and carries no refund entitlement.
