Protects the engine sump from rock strikes, trail debris, and hard landings. The ADV TRIBE Engine Bash Plate is built from 6061-T6 aluminium at 4mm thickness, weighing 1.5 kg. Bolt-on installation in 20 minutes. No drilling required.

The 2025 KTM 390 Adventure uses a revised subframe design that is not compatible with bash plates built for earlier models. The ADV TRIBE Engine Bash Plate is engineered for this geometry, shielding the sump and lower engine casing from rocks, roots, and hard landings.
At 4mm, this is a serious-use bash plate. 6061-T6 aluminium delivers the strength-to-weight ratio required for technical trail riding while keeping the plate at 1.5 kg.
For maintenance: the bash plate must be removed for routine oil changes. This matches the standard KTM setup requirement.

Installation
The bash plate bolts directly to the 2025 KTM 390 Adventure mounting points using the included hardware. No drilling or frame modification is required. Approximate installation time is 20 minutes.
Note: the bash plate must be removed for routine engine oil changes. This matches the standard KTM setup requirement.
