The 2025 KTM 390 Adventure uses a revised subframe design that is not compatible with bash plates built for earlier models. The ADV TRIBE Engine Bash Plate is engineered for this geometry, covering the sump and lower engine casing against contact with rocks, roots, and trail debris.
At 4mm, the plate is specified for trail use. 6061-T6 aluminium keeps the total plate weight at 1.5 kg.
For maintenance: the bash plate must be removed for routine oil changes. This matches the standard KTM setup requirement.

One of the best nights I have had on a ride. The trail, the campfire, the people. Total ADV.
Did not expect a DIY ride to be this well organised. Everything from route briefing to campsite was sorted. Will be back.
