Arthur Lake sits inside the Kalsubai wildlife sanctuary. Minimal light pollution. Open sky. One of the better Milky Way shooting windows in Maharashtra. The kind of place you want to camp at, but logistics make it brutal to pull off solo.
ADV TRIBE handles everything. Buffet lunch before you ride, tea at camp, hot dinner, morning breakfast. Tents if you want them. You carry nothing except riding gear and a warm layer.
State highway with a short gravel access path. Not technical. Moderate pace. Anyone comfortable on highways for 3 to 4 hours is good.

The Ride
State highway from Igatpuri. Minimal traffic. Short gravel path into the sanctuary. Lead and sweep formation throughout.
The Campsite
Lakeside at Arthur Lake inside the wildlife sanctuary. Open sky. Bonfire evening. Bathroom facilities on site.
Night Sky
Minimal light pollution. Strong Milky Way window from around 10pm. Bring a camera and tripod.
The Meals
Buffet lunch before you ride. Tea on arrival at camp. Hot veg and non-veg dinner. Morning chai and breakfast Day 2.
The Crew
30 riders max. Over 60% come solo. Groups form around the campfire. By morning you have riding partners you keep.
The Pace
12pm assembly. 2pm departure. Camp by 4:30pm. 11am back at Igatpuri Day 2. Total riding under 4 hours each way.
