Will I need longer throttle and clutch cables after fitting these risers?
At 20-25mm of rise, most KTM 390 Adventure riders find stock cables have sufficient slack. Check cable tension at both full lock left and full lock right after fitting. If any cable feels tight at full lock, longer cables should be sourced before extended riding.
Does the rise height affect handling on the KTM 390 Adventure?
A modest 20-25mm rise does not significantly affect handling. The change in bar geometry is minor. Most riders adapt within the first day of riding.
Will the GPS phone mount still work with risers fitted?
Yes. The GPS phone mount clamps to the handlebar and works at any bar height.
