Royal Enfield Hunter 350 Engine Bash Plate
The ADV TRIBE Engine Bash Plate for the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 covers the underside of the engine. The main plate is 4 mm 6061 aluminium, laser cut, and it is carried on two laser-cut 3 mm mild-steel brackets: a front bash plate bracket and a lower bash plate bracket. The finish is powder-coated black. Installation is bolt-on to existing chassis mounting points, with no drilling.

What is the bash plate made from?
The main bash plate is 4 mm 6061 aluminium, laser cut. The mounting brackets are 3 mm laser-cut mild steel. The finish is powder-coated black.
Why are the plate and the brackets different materials?
They are different components. The main protection plate is aluminium, which keeps weight down. The mounting brackets are mild steel, which carries the plate on the chassis.
How does it mount to the motorcycle?
On two brackets. The front bash plate bracket fits to the lower front chassis, using the bolt positions the stock bolts come out of. The lower bash plate bracket fits onto the existing M10 fastening point and the M10 nut is refitted. The bash plate then attaches to the lower bracket with the supplied M6 flat-head Allen bolts, and to the front bracket with the supplied M6 Allen bolts and washers.
What if a crash guard is already fitted?
The front bracket uses the same lower front chassis mounting points. If a crash guard is already installed, its existing bolts are used to secure the bracket. If not, the bolts supplied with the kit are used.
How long does installation take?
Approximately 30 minutes.
Does installation require drilling?
No. It mounts to existing chassis mounting points.
Who should install it?
ADV TRIBE recommends that installation is carried out by a qualified motorcycle technician.
