A heavy-duty mild steel luggage mounting system for the 2025 KTM 390 Adventure. Compatible with soft saddlebags and hard panniers, including the tested Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 pannier setup. Recommended maximum load: 20 kg per side. The ADV TRIBE Saddle Stay is 16 gauge mild steel pipe with 4mm brackets, textured black powder coat finish. Bolt-on installation in approximately 30 minutes, no drilling required. Fits 2025 KTM 390 Adventure X / S / R.

The 2025 KTM 390 Adventure uses a revised subframe. Saddle stays built for pre-2025 models do not fit. The ADV TRIBE Saddle Stay is built for this revised geometry and creates mounting points for soft saddlebags or hard panniers on both sides of the rear subframe.
Recommended maximum load: 20 kg per side. ADV TRIBE advises staying within this figure. It is loading guidance for rider and motorcycle stability rather than a certified structural rating, and heavier side loads change how the bike handles when loaded.
The construction is 16 gauge mild steel pipe combined with 4mm mounting brackets. Both are finished in a textured black powder coat that matches the bike's existing hardware.
Luggage compatibility: soft saddlebags and hard panniers. ADV TRIBE has physically checked this stay against the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 pannier setup and confirmed it fits. Other pannier setups, including other Himalayan 450 pannier variants, have not been tested. Contact info@advtribe.in before ordering if you are running a different pannier system.
Installation takes approximately 30 minutes using the included hardware. No drilling or subframe modification is required.

The ADV TRIBE saddle stay for the 2025 KTM 390 Adventure is a mild steel side luggage support, black powder coated, that mounts along both sides of the motorcycle. It holds soft luggage in position and clear of the rear tyre and exhaust, and it can be run on its own or alongside the ADV TRIBE luggage tail rack.

Do I need the tail rack as well?
No. The saddle stay and the tail rack are modular and each installs independently with its own mounting hardware. Many touring riders run both, the stay supporting side bags and the rack carrying a top bag, but neither requires the other.
Does fitting the saddle stay permanently modify the motorcycle?
No. It is a bolt-on fit and no permanent modification is required.
