Saddle Stay for 2025 KTM 390 Adventure X / S / R
A heavy-duty mild steel luggage mounting system for the 2025 KTM 390 Adventure. Compatible with soft saddlebags and hard panniers. Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 panniers confirmed compatible. The 2025 KTM 390 Adventure uses a revised subframe. Saddle stays built for pre-2025 models do not fit. The ADV TRIBE Saddle Stay is built for this revised geometry and creates mounting points for soft saddlebags or hard panniers on both sides of the rear subframe.
Load capacity: up to 20 kg per side. This is the manufacturer-confirmed maximum. Do not exceed this figure.
The construction is 16 gauge mild steel pipe combined with 4mm mounting brackets. Both are finished in a textured black powder coat that matches the bike's existing hardware.
Luggage compatibility: soft saddlebags and hard panniers. Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 panniers are confirmed compatible with this stay. Compatibility with other hard pannier brands has not been confirmed. Contact info@advtribe.in before ordering if you are running a different pannier system.
Installation takes approximately 30 minutes using the included hardware. No drilling or subframe modification is required.

Andharban Overnight Camping Ride, Apr 2026
One of the best nights I have had on a ride. The trail, the campfire, the people. Total ADV.
Did not expect a DIY ride to be this well organised. Everything from route briefing to campsite was sorted. Will be back.
