On-tour chain maintenance without a workshop
When you are 800 km into a Ladakh tour or camped at Arthur Lake in the Sahyadri mountains, your chain still needs cleaning and lubing. Carrying full-size bottles is impractical for saddlebag touring. The Tecza Chain Care Kit solves this with a 150ml cleaner and 150ml lube, both sized to fit alongside your camping gear.
What is in the kit
The kit includes Tecza Chain Cleaner (150ml) to strip trail grime and old grease, and Tecza Chain Lube (150ml) to re-coat and protect the chain. Each bottle provides approximately 4 to 6 full chain applications, enough for a 2,000 to 3,000 km tour. Both products are safe for O-ring, X-ring, and Z-ring sealed chains.

- Step 1 (Clean): Spray TECZA Chain Cleaner onto the chain and allow it to penetrate and dissolve dirt, grease, and road grime.
- Wipe or brush away loosened residue and let the chain dry completely.
- Step 2 (Lubricate): Shake Chain Lube well before use.
- Apply an even coat to the inside of the clean, dry chain while slowly rotating the wheel.
- Allow a few minutes for the lubricant to penetrate before riding.
- The kit is suitable for regular chain maintenance and long-distance rides.
